To further expand this area, we are looking for a committed addition to our internal sales team with an affinity for e-commerce and technical products, to start as soon as possible.

Sales Clerk / E-Commerce – Internal Sales – Permanent Position – (m/f/d) (Full-time)

Main Responsibilities:

First point of contact for our customers – with a focus on service, quality, and smooth processes

Friendly, competent, and professional handling of customer inquiries (partly in English)

Independent preparation of quotations and processing of orders

Management and maintenance of customer data

Support and management of our international sales platforms

Creation and updating of product listings and prices

Monitoring orders, deliveries, and customer reviews on online marketplaces

Close cooperation with internal interfaces and external service providers

Requirements:

Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or a similar qualification

Several years of professional experience in order processing

Confident handling of ERP software and MS Office

Good command of English, both written and spoken

High sense of responsibility, confident appearance, and excellent communication and teamwork skills

Technical understanding and affinity for digital processes

Customer-oriented, structured, and independent working style in a digital environment
