HR Administrator (m/f/d) – Part-Time
Main Responsibilities:
• Creating and maintaining personnel files
• Managing vacation and sick leave records
• Organizing employee onboarding and offboarding
• Providing relevant employee data to the tax advisor and reviewing completed payrolls
• Calculating vacation entitlements and monitoring working hours
• Preparing employment contracts, job references, and certificates
• Organizing and settling business trips
• Supporting applicant management and administrative processing of new hires
• Point of contact for employee payroll-related questions
Requirements:
• Completed commercial and/or tax-related training or a comparable degree, ideally with a focus on HR management or labor law
• Initial professional experience in HR administration or a comparable position is an advantage
• Good knowledge of labor law, social security, and income tax law is desirable
• Confident use of MS Office
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• High sense of responsibility and team spirit
