NH90 Docking System

The NH90 maintenance docking system provides access around the entire aircraft while allowing access under the decks as well.
The NH90 phase system consists of multiple levels and stairs to allow easy movement and setup.
The unit comes standard with air and electric sockets and can be fitted with tool trays and overhead/below deck lighting.
All modules are height adjustable from ground level.
Vertically telescopic rails are utilized on the forward deck to accommodate blade droop and eliminate interference.

- 1x front platform with bridge and 2 access stairs
- 2x fuselageside platforms
- 2x tail boom platforms
- 2x tail rotor platforms
- 2x cockpit stairs
- 1x cargo area platform

- Tactical Transport Helicopter (TTH)
- NATO Frigate Helicopter (NFH)

Materials:
- Load-bearing structure, railings and stairs made of corrosion-resistant aluminum to minimize weight for easier handling and corrosion resistance
- Wood screen printing plates with coating on both sides for a maximum load of 200kg/m²

Other:
- Supports for compensating for uneven floors, increasing stability and relieving the load on the rollers during longer service lives
- Brakeable swivel castors with a diameter of 250mm
- Height adjustment of 600mm and safety bolts for mechanical protection
